Where can Digi Post (Thailand) provide its services from?
We operate in Northern Thailand and usually use the Saraphi post office to receive and dispatch mail from. We use this post office as it has proven to be most reliable.
Can you print our mass mail in colour and/or different formats?
Yes, we are open for all requests about mailing. Please go to our services page, select personalized service and fill in the form for a quotation. We come back to you with a solution and pricing as quickly as we can.
I am not in Thailand. Can I use the services of Digi Post (Thailand)?
Yes, you can - no matter where you are located.
Can I receive parcel post (packages) when subscribing to Digi Post (Thailand)'s services?
Unfortunately, receiving parcel or packages at the P.O. Box address we provide to customers is not possible.
It is possible to make special arrangements for a "one-off" delivery of a parcel or package, however that would require you to submit an enquiry for an individual service. We can then quote you the pricing for such a special "one-off" service.
