  • Thailand Post Co., Ltd. has the right to request a physical authorization letter in order for Digi Post (Thailand) to receive customer's letter post. The needed authorization letter is provided for customers to print and send by post to Digi Post (Thailand) during the payment process of this website. Failure to post the completed authorization letter to Digi Post (Thailand) may result in the inability of provision of service. No refund is provided in such cases.  

  • Services are provided daily - meaning, official working days in Thailand. 

  • Should the content of a letter exceed the number of pages subscribed for, the email received with the scanned envelope and first pages of its content will also be containing a link, allowing the customer to pay for getting the remainder of the content scanned. 

  • For mail arriving after the monthly quota has been used-up, Digi Post (Thailand) will scan and send the customer a scan of the envelope only. The email will also be containing a link, allowing the customer to pay for getting the remainder of the content scanned. 

  • Should a customer require having the original physical letter forwarded to a personal address by post instead of being destroyed, the customer may request so by replying to the email containing the scan withing 7 days of receipt. The email reply must contain the complete personal address of the customer to which the physical letter can be forwarded. Digi Post (Thailand) will then send a quotation for its posting, which the customer will have to pay within another 7 days for the physical letter to be forwarded. Otherwise, the postal item is automatically destroyed. 

 

Restrictions 

  • The customer's use of the P.O. Box address must comply with laws of Thailand as well as regulations of Thailand Post Co., Ltd.! No illegal or immoral use whatsoever! 
    Digi Post (Thailand) does not assume any responsibility for customer's actions. 

  • The P.O. Box address subscribed must never be used for receiving official or juridical correspondence! 

  • The P.O. Box address subscribed must never be used as a legal/official registration address for business or individuals - it is a 'mailing address' only!

  • Any postal item other than letter post arriving at the P.O. Box address is being refused receipt.
